HOW CAN I CHECK ON MY PET DURING THEIR STAY?
We will be installing a pet webcam so you can check in with your cat whenever you like! you can also telephone or email .
MY PET HAS A SPECIAL DIET. CAN THEIR NEEDS BE ACCOMMODATED?
We will feed your cat whatever specialised diet prescribed by the vet. Please ensure that you provide as much infomration on the booking form to ensure we are fully aware of your cats health and diet requirements. You will need to supply enough food for the duration.
WHAT INPUT WILL MY CAT HAVE OVERNIGHT?
The hotel is located in our back garden. I can see what the cats are up to from the house. At night we will ensure all cats are settled, comfortable and have been tucked in ! There will be the option to top up their package with milk and biscuits.
